Tropical Protein Powder Smoothie Ingredients

Amount Ingredient
1/2 cupfrozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cupfrozen mango chunks
1 scoopunflavored or vanilla protein powder
3/4 cupcoconut milk (from a carton, not canned)
1/2 teaspoonlime juice

Tropical Protein Powder Smoothie Instructions

Pour the carton coconut milk into the blender, add the protein powder, and blend briefly to dissolve it before adding the frozen pineapple, mango, and lime juice. Blend on high until smooth and fully combined.

Unlike our blueberry protein smoothie, which uses almond milk and a more neutral fruit pairing, this version leans into a fully tropical profile. The protein powder adds body and staying power to fruit that would otherwise blend up thin and juice-like, without weighing down the bright, tropical flavor.

Carton coconut milk (the kind sold near regular milk, not the canned cooking variety) keeps this smoothie light rather than heavy. If all you have is canned coconut milk, thin it with a little water or ice to match the consistency.
